Director is Dr. Karsten Berg, a German senior exploration geologist. He founded the company in 2004, after 13 successfull years in exploration headquarter of Codelco-Chile. To offer our clients a proven group of professionals for discoveries. For instance, Pedro Leiton, chilean miner, prospector and field assistent, who joined Karsten Berg over the last 15 years in great parts of Northern Chile.
We discovered for Codelco-Chile the hidden, mineralized porphyry system of Gaby Sur (1996), now Gabriela Mistral Mine Division. In 2003 we discovered Casualidad-mineproject, an IOCG-copper-iron-gold deposit near Taltal, still under exploration by Codelco-Chile. In 2008 we discovered a small outcrop of sapphire-hosted corundum-aluminium deposit north of Copiapó. And series of mineral-findings and regional discoveries, drilled by our collegues from Codelco-Chile.
Together with Daniela González from Concepción University we introduced innovative digital mapping in our present follow up exploration service. Nowadays outworked by Marga Llinas from Royal Barcelona University, Spain. She also will support her 12-year experience in geotechnical and environmental international consulting.
